Account Settings, Payments, Billing
Members can pay premiums, set up automatic payments, view billing history, and change or manage dependents in their account.
Member ID Card
New 22 Health members will be mailed a member identification (ID) card to their home address. It will include important plan and contact information for you, providers, and pharmacies.
MyChart Access
22Health members have access to MyChart, our secure, self-service online portal. They can view, download, or print a copy of the member ID card, access personalized information about benefits and services, and more.
Find Providers and Specialists
You can search for in-network providers, Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), and/or facilities any time by visiting our Provider Directory.

Support for Chronic Conditions
22 Health Plan offers programs to help members with chronic conditions. Our programs, like case and disease management, are here to support members and caregivers. Our goal is to help members follow their care plan, get healthier, and improve their life. With 22 Heath, members and caregivers can learn more about how to live with chronic conditions like:

Maternity Management Program
22 Health offers pregnant members our maternity management program. In this program, Care Coordinators work with members throughout their pregnancy and following delivery to help get the care they need and complete essential prenatal and post-partum visits.
The Care Coordinator helps pregnant members, and their OB provider coordinate health care services and social support, provides and reviews educational materials about pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care, and provides referrals to local programs like breastfeeding support groups.

Telehealth
22 Health members are eligible for telehealth visits. Telehealth is a virtual visit with a doctor using a cell phone, tablet, or computer anytime 24 hours/day, seven days/week.
No appointment necessary and no copay.
Use telehealth for non-emergency care for conditions, such as:
- Behavioral Health
- Cough and Flu
- Dermatology
- Ear Infection
- Migraines
- Pink Eye
- Rash
- Seasonal Allergies
- Sinusitis
- Urinary Tract Infections

Urgent Care
Urgent Care is care for an illness, injury, or condition serious enough that a reasonable person would seek care right away, but not so severe that it requires emergency room care. Your doctor can help you determine whether you need to receive urgent care at an urgent care facility. Some examples of urgent care cases are:
- Non-severe bleeding
- Simple cuts that require stitches.
- Sprains
MyChart: Your Member Portal
As a 22 Health member, you have access to our member portal, MyChart. This is a secure self-service online portal where members can get personalized information about benefits and services. You can also communicate with our Member Services team.
After you sign up, you can sign in to the online portal with your confidential username and password.
Once you sign into the member portal, you can view or download your or your child’s member ID card, review benefits and claims, and much more.

For faster service, please have your member ID card ready when you call, if available. If your ID card is lost or stolen, our Member Services team will help you get a new one. If you need to speak with someone, a Member Services Representative is available at (866) 357-4082 (TTY/TDD 711) to help you Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Representatives who speak English and Spanish are available, and a translation line is available for other languages.
